Mission: To support and assist Los Angeles’ Project Leaders in the Agile Software Development community by facilitating different means of learning, networking, professional development, and exchanging ideas. The APLN Los Angeles Chapter will arrange for prominent speakers, facilitate meetings, and develop and manage website which addresses the chapter needs.
Vision: Our Chapter will be the premier association that will connect, develop, and support project leaders in the Los Angeles area.
Objectives:
To facilitate a monthly forum of clear value added information, ideas, and experiences around agile software development to project leaders
To promote and enhance the practice of agile software development
To support the national Agile Project Leadership Network’s values (value, customers, teams, individuals, context and uncertainty) which are used on practicing and evangelizing the movement towards fast, flexible, customer value driven approaches to leading projects of many types.
